2、Working conditions of all steel anti-static floor
1.First,according to the requirements of the design drawings,the ground base course shall be prepared in advance,and the surface of the base course shall be flat,bright and clean,free of dust,and the moisture content shall not be greater than 8%.
2.The construction of all steel anti-static floor shall be carried out after the completion of dust-proof paint on the ground,and the elevation of the ground surface shall be checked to meet the design requirements.Draw the wall around the room out of the surface elevation control horizontal line.
3、Construction and installation technology of all steel anti-static floor
1.After the dust-proof construction of the ground is completed,the site shall be cleaned up and the floor construction shall be started.
2.According to the approved floor laying drawings,lay in sequence according to the starting point.
3.To install and fix the adjustable support,first check and recheck the elevation control line marked on the wall around the original room in advance,determine the reference point according to the selected laying direction and sequence,place the adjustable support,extend the support level with the horizontal ruler at the height of the horizontal line,and fix the support on the ground with special glue.
4.Lay all steel anti-static floor,adjust the bracket to the required height,and start to place the floor.When placing the plate,keep the horizontal and vertical straightness,so as to lay all steel anti-static floor in turn.When the partition is installed on the floor,the floor bracket under the partition shall be reinforced.Reinforcement method:the four corners of the floor shall be locked on the bracket upper support plate with corner lock holes,and the bracket base shall be fixed with glue;when the partition is directly on the floor,the floor shall be cut according to the actual edge size and then laid
5.When cutting the edges and corners of all steel anti-static floor,in case of incomplete board surface,such as curtain wall,building column,etc.,it is necessary to cut the floor on site and carry out side treatment to make the cutting surface smooth and burr free,and then seal it with aluminum foil for rust prevention.Install the cut floor with corresponding bracket.
6.After the floor surface is laid,it is required to check the installation condition by itself,the surface shall be clean,the periphery shall be straight,and the joint shall be even.
