Effect and range of anti-static grounding

(1)Anti static grounding effect of anti-static floor:
①It is effective to prevent objects from being charged,while it is ineffective to prevent objects from static electricity;
②It is effective for metal conductor,and invalid for insulated electrostatic non conductor;
③Static electricity may not be discharged at the moment of grounding,but there should be a time for static leakage;
④The jumper must be grounded for it to work.
(2)In the machine room and clean workshop,the scope of anti-static grounding:
(I)high range of explosion-proof hazardous area and electrostatic protection requirements
①If static electricity or static electricity may be generated on the metal conductor,anti-static grounding must be carried out regardless of its size;
②When it is possible for a metal conductor to receive electrostatic induction,regardless of its size,it must be grounded;
③When electrostatic conductor or electrostatic subconductor has the possibility of generating static electricity or electrification,it shall also be equipped with close contact metal conductor for indirect grounding;
(II)the static electricity of the processed equipment,tools and instruments will harm the products,and the anti-static grounding shall be carried out.
(III)anti static grounding shall be carried out for products exposed to electrostatic hazards such as processing,debugging,assembly,testing,packaging and maintenance.
Generally,the metal conductor of facilities and equipment adopts the hard grounding method,direct grounding or jumper grounding type;the electrostatic conductor and static subconductor outside the metal conductor adopts the indirect grounding type of hard grounding method;while the operator and the tools used by him adopt the direct grounding type of soft grounding method.
