Instructions for use and maintenance of anti-static floor

1.The humidity of the machine room must be controlled at rh30%-70%and the temperature at 10-30oc.When the machine room is in ultra-low temperature and ultra-low humidity at the same time,cracks will appear on the floor surface.
2.Daily cleaning uses a wrung mop or vacuum cleaner.Clean the floor once or several times a month according to the use intensity of the anti-static floor.It is better to apply floor wax to protect the floor.Note:never use a large amount of water,especially hot water to wash,so as to avoid degumming and expansion deformation.
3.If it is stained with ink,soup,greasy and other stains,it can be wiped with thin soap water,or with a small amount of gasoline,and then immediately dried with dry cotton cloth.
4.Keep the heat source above 60℃from contacting the anti-static floor,such as the burning cigarette butts,so as to prevent deformation and coke marks.
5.It is not allowed to walk on the anti-static floor with shoes with nails.The staff of the machine room shall wear slippers or soft bottom cotton shoes.
6.It is forbidden to rub,slide or impact the floor with hard objects or heavy objects.When installing cabinets,ups and other heavy equipment,a support frame can be placed under the bearing plate.
7.Special suction plate device shall be used for disassembly and maintenance.It is forbidden to use sharp tool to pry hard.
8.When the anti-static floor is just laid,windows should be opened frequently for ventilation.On the one hand,it is for the purpose of fresh indoor air,and on the other hand,it is for the purpose of emitting moisture.
9.Try to avoid direct sunlight on the floor for a long time,otherwise it will cause discoloration of the floor surface.
