Key points of selecting anti-static floor in machine room

The anti-static technology of computer room is a part of the safety and protection of computer room.The static electricity generated due to various reasons is one of the most frequent and most difficult hazards to eliminate.Static electricity not only causes random failure,misoperation or calculation error when the computer is running,but also may cause breakdown and destruction of some components,such as CMOS,MOS circuits,dual level circuits,etc
In addition,static electricity has a significant impact on the external equipment of the computer.When the display equipment with cathode-ray tube is disturbed by static electricity,it will cause image disorder and blur.Static electricity will also cause modem,network card,fax,etc.to work abnormally,and the printer printing is abnormal
The problems caused by static electricity are not only hard to find out by hardware personnel,but also sometimes software personnel mistakenly think that it is a software fault,resulting in work confusion.In addition,when the static electricity is discharged to the computer or other equipment through the human body(the so-called ignition),when the energy reaches a certain level,it will also give people the feeling of electric shock(for example,sometimes touching the computer display or chassis)
Key points for design and selection of anti-static floor in machine room:
(1)The fire rating of anti-static raised floor shall meet the requirements of code for fire protection design of interior decoration of buildings
(2)The height of anti-static raised floor shall be determined according to the use requirements
a.For wiring only:basic size is 250mm
b.For wiring and air-conditioning wind house:the basic size is 400mm.The floor detachable plate can be interchanged and has high manufacturing accuracy,so as to ensure the tightness of the floor space when it is used as the air-conditioning wind house
(3)The paving construction of the raised floor of the anti-static machine room is the last stage of the building decoration.After the laying of the indoor ceiling board and the installation of the ceiling lamps and vents,the floor shall be cleaned and the raised floor shall be paved(if there are insulation cotton and trunking,the insulation cotton and trunking shall be paved first)
(4)The raised floor of the anti-static machine room is laid on the leveled cement mortar cushion.In order to reduce the height of the ground,when it is directly laid on the structural floor,the surface of the structural floor is required to be flat,and the interface agent is sprayed to solidify the concrete surface,so that the ground does not sand
(5)The floor surface shall be soft,smooth,wear-resistant and pollution resistant
(6)After the floor is installed,it must be grounded,otherwise it will not play an anti-static role
